I may have a solution for you, but there's not going to be a wiring harness that can be used that will provide you with the power you're going to need to pull from the battery to power the winch.
Your best bet might be to create some sort of quick disconnect for each of the batteries that you can either hook up when needed, or leave attached to the vehicles. As long as the winch is rated high enough to for your application it is safe to use. With that being said, if it's over rated that can improve the performance and longevity of the winch itself. For example, if you're always running it at its maximum capacity it won't last as long as a higher rated winch being used at 75 percent of its max capacity.

You will definitely need a larger gauge wire, like 4 or 6 gauge (sometimes 8 is acceptable), when it comes to a winch because they pull a LOT of power for a short time. If a winch you're looking at is only offering 10 gauge wire for a winch then I'd ditch that wiring and go with something better suited for the job at hand.

The easiest way to wire the battery for your winch will be to use the 7 way connector on your vehicle if you have one on your 2006 GMC Truck.
